Australian Shipping

Receive complimentary express shipping  domestic (AU) on all orders over $100.00 AUD.

Orders below $100.00 AUD are calculated at a flat rate of $9.70 AUD for standard shipping (AU).

How Long Will It Take To Arrive

Australia Domestic: 1-6 business days.
Australia Domestic Express: 1-4 day for metros Australia wide.

*Due to COVID-19 pandemic, delays in shipping to be expected.

International Orders

All shipping rates will be calculated via Australia/ International Post e-Parcel service according to the location and the weight of the parcel at checkout. 

Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for international delivery (Delivery times are approximate only and does not take into account delays which may occur at your country of destination due to custom clearance requirements.)

Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans and possible duties charges and taxes. Please note if customs duty charges do occur, this charge is of liability to the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, SoFÓS Skincare WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT COSTS NEEDED TO FULL FILL YOUR ORDER. IF THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO RE-SEND THE ORDER.

The same applies to incomplete shipping addresses (missing key factors), such as the zip code, house number, street type, city or province etc. Address labels are printed out automatically using the exact shipping address that you provide when you order, so if your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect in any way, then it is out of our hands.

Please note: Due to Covid-19, international deliveries at this time are significantly delayed. Currently parcels are experiencing between 20-40 business days to arrive at the destination country, dependant on where you are located. If you would prefer to use an alternative international courier service please email us at info@sofosskincare.com. Additional costs may apply.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your order at all times.

Packaging may arrive scuffed or scratched due to 3rd party handling whilst shipping in process. All shipping packages are sealed with SoFÓS branded tape - should this appear tampered with please contact directly.
